The theme of our 2025-2026 season is Resilience: the Courage to Dream. We welcome singers near and far to join us to sing music that courageously imagines the world we want to inhabit together. By remembering the wisdom of our ancestors and drawing from the strength of our kindreds around the globe, we will tell stories of resilience to light the way forward.
Resilience: Sources of Strength
The Seattle Peace Chorus presents our fall concert, Resilience: Sources of Strength. In times of fear and great uncertainty, we stand upon the shoulders of our ancestors. By sharing stories and songs of resilience from our kindreds, we channel their courage and our common humanity. We will sing the music of sages and poets including Ysaÿe Barnwell, Mari Valverde, Moses Hogan, Paul Simon, Brandon Boyd, Elaine Hagenburg, Andrea Ramsey, Abbie Betinis, and Arianne Abela.
